Default Problem with Orange Premier service ?

Has anyone who a Orange Premier customer had problems getting though today ? I have quite a few phones with Orange and my monthly bill is over £300.00. I tried to contact CS today only to find all my lines had reverted back to normal cs. I tried again a while later and just one of my lines was on the Premier service. I was about to go though to CS when the line cut of. When I tried again I was back on normal cs who informed me that there had been a refresh and I was no longer a Premier customer. This seemed a bit strange so I contacted Oranges execrative office. They said they would look in to it for me and a while later my normal Premier service had returned.
I wonder if it was just a glitch or if the execrative office did something ?

There was a refresh on 1st March. From April, it'll be much harder to qualify, but can't go into details.

I've been turfed out as well. Mind you, my contract is only £10 p/m and bills usually about £16 so its to be expected. Orange Premier really is a service i'd pay for though. Pity its come to a point where customers are considering paying for GOOD customer service as the run of the mill normal standard is so poor.

Hi

What is Orange premier?

I know years ago they used to advertise Orange Premier in the sale brochure. I think at the time you paid a lot per month and got early upgrades and things. Is it still the same?

In other words how do you become an Orange Premier customer and what extras do you get?

Alex
