Default Need a business tariff

I need to get a business contract as a solo trader. I have spoken to Vodafone who have offered me.
750 min
unlimited landline's calls
unlimited texts
6 GB of data (yes 6GB) of data
Total price £50,00 pm

Is there any deal out there that can get even close to this ? Happy to look at all networks offerings.

Do you want 6GB of data? Can you use it with a PC/laptop?

Do you need Unlimited texts? Or are you a teenager?

How long does the £50/month contract tie you to Voda? What will the total cost of the contract be from start to finish?

Finally, do you want the phone included? If not, what about T-Mobile Solo?

£25 Solo - 900 minutes, 500 texts, 30 day contract.

Add Unlimited Landline, Unlimited Texts or 1GB Internet for £5 each.

At most you would be saving £25/month, or a minimum of £10/month. Some aspects of the T-Mobile deal are not as generous as the £50/month Vodafone deal but be honest with yourself - are you likely to need unlimited texts/landline calls/6GB data etc?

If you go with Solo, chuck in the phone of your choice - contract free - and charge that to the company as well (or stick with your old phone).

It's what I do.

I would need the 750 min and unlimited landline's as I call more then text. Around 300 texts would be fine for me. Have a couple of phones in mind and the contract length quoted was 18 months. No I dont need 6 GB but I will need more then Vodafones basic package 500mb FUP. They offered me the 5GB bundle with a very large discount.

Actually one of the £5 boosters is free on Solo, so...

You get 900 mins on £25 Solo, choose unlimited landline as your free booster and £5 for 1GB internet booster, and you're done for £30/month.

No phone though, but as I say just buy one SIM-free and charge it to the company, a £360-£400 phone would work out about the same as the £50/month Voda deal over 18 months with the benefit that a) you're not locked in for 18 months and b) you choose whatever phone you want.

You could even consider Solo 15 - £15/month on 30-day contract gets you 300 texts, 350 minutes (upgrade to unlimited landline free booster), £5 1GB internet booster. Total cost £20/month.

Unlimited T-Mobile Talk would cost another fiver, but that just gets you free calls to T-Mobile users, so you may be better off with 750 mins on Solo 25.

Anyway, I'm not a T-Mobile salesmen but these are some options - no need to pay for what you won't use on Vodafone.
