Hi everyone,
I placed an order a few weeks ago when Orange Accessories had their sale on. Hadn't received the two items within a couple of weeks, so sent an email chasing them up.
Received an email back within a couple of days to say they would be dispatched shortly, followed by a second email three hours later to say both items were out of stock and my order was cancelled.
I checked that day on their website to find one of the items in stock at its original price, so emailed back straight away to ask why my order for this item could not be fulfilled when clearly they still had (albeit full-priced) stock. This was a week ago, no reply at all.
Does anyone have a relevant email address at Orange/Orange Accessories that I could have to escalate my complaint? I know how good you guys are for knowing interesting stuff like this, so fingers crossed someone can help! Thanks in advance, Suze
