How do I change APN internet connection settings on a BB 8310
 I have managed to change the APN to the o2 payandgo settings. However everytime i access the browser, i get you are not connected to the internet. Any ideas what i need to do to get it to work.

You won't be able to use the BB browser for o2 pay and go browsing as the service books that enable the browser point to the blackberry APN.
You will have to install a third party browser such as Opera Mini or Bolt to use the net through a pay and go blackberry which will defeat the point of the exercise. If you have wifi on your berry you could use the browser with wifi if you don't have any service books installed. Sorry dude
