Thumbs up Tesco Mobile - New Competitive Contract & PAYG Tariffs

Recycle your old phone
I see Tesco have unveiled a competitive PAYG tariff :

http://www.tesco.com/mobilenetwork/s...age=tariffinfo

Basically, its "no Catches" :

Top Up £10 a month, get £10 a free credit to use on calls, text amd mobile internet at any time.

Top Up £15 a month, get £30 Free

Top Up £20 a month, get £40 Free

Pay Monthly offers similiar value :

No doubt, these are in response to Asda's recently reduced PAYG Tariff, but good deals nonetheless, and offering even more choice for the consumer.

I am still on contract, but when it expires, I will take a serious look at Asda & Tesco, as my mobile usage has decreased somewhat in the last few months, to the point where PAYG is very likely a good option for me personally.

The £10 PAYG one is still better on Asda tho - but it's an improvement

It looks very good value. But the only stumbling block for me is the data charges £4 per mb, not quite as generious as 3UK's £5 for 1gb of data.

Yeah but that's sim only. I pay £15 with mobile internet built into the tariff and get a Phone with it.
